O&M Strategy
As good industry practice dictates, Wigton, at all times, adheres to the preventative maintenance schedules recommended by the original turbine manufacturers. Our intent is to optimize life cycle costs and energy yield by maintaining a high level of availability whilst, at the same time, continuing to impact positively on Jamaica’s economy and environment by providing energy from a cleaner and more affordable alternative to imported fossil fuels.
Our ambition for O2O
Wigton believes that information exchange will help improve O&M strategies. The intent is to benchmark best practices in order to optimize the performance of our assets. We look forward to joining this peer-to- peer platform.
