Our O&M Strategy
Our current approach is to enter into longer term production based O&M contracts with our WTG suppliers. We operate with a relatively lean organisation. Our approach is to develop long term stable relationships based on gain/pain share. We maintain a small but highly competent in-house team that has capabilities in construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, together with data analytics capability.
Our objective for o2owind International
NTR is keen to learn and share information with other operators in the wind business. Most of our engineers come from a utilities background and are familiar and comfortable working with peers from other companies.
