"Enerjisa Üretim is one of the leading Energy Generation Corporate in Turkey operating a diversified portfolio. Due to the increasing installed capacity with the latest mega project of 1 GW package get on board, it became a breakeven level for us to convert our operations more in house basis. Depending on the several conditions of our different portfolio, we are applying different O&M Strategies varied from full OEM coverage to the mixed responsibilities. It is a transient period for us to convert our models into more agile structure and grasp the assets we own with a more focused approach."
