One of the biggest and wealthiest energy companies in the world has taken in some, so-called disruptors to challenge their business model which led to that they arranged a meeting with O2O WIND. • Senvion insurance issues –we received notification from our lead insurer to cancel the policy with 60 day’s notices. Any similar experiences among Senvion owners?

Nordex 2.3-2.5 user group

• Nordex Blade Bolts - shouldnt the bolts be replaced rather than loosened off
•  Severe blade damages Nordex NXX - we have encountered some serious blade damages in our fleet and would like to know if anyone of you other owners of turbines that have blades of similar types have seen the anything like this? Pictures from in and outside attached
• Broken pitch battery boxes - It starts with a formation of cracks in the back plate near the rubber bushings, the cracks propagates to the welding of the gables of the boxes and after a while the boxes comes off during operation. Any other of you owners that have seen the same thing?
•  Nordex N90 Lightning Rods - Lightning rods are falling off some of N90 turbines. Has anyone ever experienced this in their fleet?

Collaboration-tools have developed tremendously. Based on one of the most modern collaboration apps we are currently creating our own app. We will be 100% mobile, have a far more intuitive experience in communications and have access to hundreds of integration to support our future needs.

• Former Head of Operations at Enel, Vittorio Ayra, suggested to give access to academia (NREL, DTU, Frauenhofer) for them to publish latest research within wind farm operations and connect with us
• Former Head of Operations at Equinor, Sverre Trollnes suggested us to create a channel on which suppliers can communicate and describe new products releant for wind farm operations and
• The Head of Operations at Voltalia, Pierre-Jerome Desmarquest suggested to create a channel for spare parts people among our members to efficiently source spare parts among us

We are now able to do that and a lot more. The app will be launched soon.

In our pipeline

Siemens & Gamesa: In our pipeline we have the Siemens DD, Siemens 2.3, Gamesa 2 MW and the Siemens 3.6. We apply jiu jitsu principals when deciding in which order we launcing the turbine specific user groups. This means that when a bigger owner wants us to launch a specific user group we prioritize these.

The reception of these videos has been very good and has already created a lot of new contacts, hopefully soon new friends of yours, on board at O2O WIND. We run it mainly on LinkedIn directly targeted to those energy companies who's turbines has a match with the turbine-specific user groups above. The French version is coming soon.

In October we gathered the Heads of Operations from the bigger players, both on and off shore such as Shell, Enel Green Power and Equinor, a lot of medium sized owners from countries all over the world and some very direct and knowledgable Irish people.
