What changes for me as a member or potential member?

These moderators are here to ensure more active discussions, clearer focus, and practical outcomes in our turbine-specific user groups — turning peer knowledge into real operational value. All three of them have been part of O2O collaborations and know our collaboration from the inside. All three of them have been working for wind asset owners in different parts of the world.

Hi, I’m Terry Lewis. I recently semi-retired as Senior Technical Specialist, Wind, for a multinational company. My engineering career spans 40 years in high-speed manufacturing and heavy engineering, focused on planning and repair to maximize uptime and reduce costs — including 28 years in power generation, from CHP plants to wind turbines.

I spent around 10 years as a commissioning engineer, trainer, and main component specialist for a well-known turbine manufacturer. I then brought these skills to a wind farm owners’ organisation, helping them better understand ongoing issues, take control of their assets, and ultimately improve availability, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Hi, I am Kelly. I bring more than 20 years of international experience in wind and power generation, with senior roles across Europe, Asia, and Africa. I’ve led major asset management, operations, and technical functions at utility scale — including multi-GW portfolios, SCADA performance diagnostics, O&M strategy, and investment-grade due diligence. My background combines deep technical insight with hands-on operational leadership, giving me a broad and practical perspective on what it takes to run and optimise large renewable energy assets.

I’m Darian Visotsky, mechanical engineer with over fifteen years of experience in the energy industry, working across heavy engineering, reliability, and renewable generation. My background spans industrial projects and large-scale renewable assets, focusing on technical performance, reliability, and operational improvement.

Over the past several years, I coordinated operations for a portfolio of wind and solar assets totalling more than 500 MW. My work involved analysing performance, identifying root causes of technical issues, and managing specialised external services — from defining technical scopes to supervising field execution and assessing results. This required a strong balance between analytical work and hands-on presence at generation sites, fostering collaboration and shared problem-solving with on-site teams.
