We will meet in four quarterly meetings - three organised as one hour webinar and one as a two hour physical meeting in relation to the Owners Roundtable.
We will simply follow the same set-up as we have developed for our webinars: Share a top challenge with the other Head of Operations prior to the meeting, I will prepare an agenda for the meeting based on your top challenges and afterwards I will produce a survey of your top challenges and you will have input on each others top challenges.
So, you invest five hours a year in total to keep updated among your ”Head of Operations” peers in what I do believe is the worlds most exclusive, efficient, productive and transparent gatherings within wind farm operations.
