Agenda - In-House Concepts in Wind Farm Operations

The agenda for Madrid will have two sections: The first section will follow the same formula as we on all O2O WIND meetings: Each participant will share their top three challenges in the given context. The second section will include challenges discussed inour first meeting that will be developed in Madrid.

New input for Madrid

The agenda in Rome was based entirely on the top directors' top three main challenges in including in-house concepts in wind farm operations. It will be the same for Madrid; each participant submits this on the meeting's landing page. Deadline 23rd of October.

This gives us the most genuine agenda we could have. Everything is based on real and current challenges.

2. Prepared by Enel Green Power - Collaborate on supplying ISPs with technical documentation.
3. Prepared by O2O WIND - Developing ISP to increase competition - The project's ambition is presented at this link and O2O WINDs developer is currently developing the solution. A sneak peek will be sent out before the meeting.
4. Prepared by O2O WIND - A spare part collaboration among wind asset owners - The Starting point is presented at this link. The mission is to find a starting point. Me and the team who were present in Rome is developing such a suggestion.
5. Prepared by O2O WIND - Creating a centrally held wind service portal - mapping all services within wind farm operations
