Starting time for the 1st session (duration: 2 hours): Auckland at 7 pm, Melbourne at 5 pm, Tokyo at 4 pm, Beijing at 3 pm, Bangkok at 2 pm, New Delhi at 12:30 pm, Dubai & Istanbul at 11 am, Kyiv and Helsinki at 10 am, Capetown, Continental Europe and Morrocco at 9 am, London, Dublin and Lisboa at 8 am.

 

Session 2 with time zone examples from continental Europe (UTC +2) and Winnipeg, Chicago, Houston & Bogota (UTC -6):

Starting time for the 2nd session (duration: 2 hours): Dubai & Istanbul at 7 pm, Kyiv and Helsinki at 6 pm, Capetown, Continental Europe and Morrocco at 5 pm, London, Dublin and Lisboa at 4 pm. Buenos Aires and Brasilia at 12 pm, Toronto, New York and Santiago de Chile at 11 am, Winnipeg, Chicago, Houston and Bogota at 10 am, Edmonton and Salt Lake City at 9 am, Los Angeles and Seattle at 8 am, Alaska at 7 am.
