About the Siemens 3.6 User Group

Together with 6 of our members, owning among themselves 1193 Siemens 3.6 turbines, we have created something we call: Siemens 3.6 user group.

What is being done in the Siemens 3.6 user group?

The Siemens 3.6 machines produces well but the owners of these machines believe that they can achieve an improved level of best practice by collaborating. Within the user group we are sharing experiences of various suppliers, alternative suppliers, spare parts, new and alternative solutions on how to operate, maintain and increase power output from these turbines and everything else that could be of use among people directly employed by a wind turbine owner, operating Siemens 3.6 turbines.

Your most valuable peers

In our user groups, we are adding the persons being closest to the machine. First, those being at site, which means the site manager, planners, and technicians, depending on who you have on your payroll. Thereafter the engineers solving more long term technical issues for the specific turbine and then the asset manager being in charge for OEM contacts and the overall approach for the specific machine.

Adding the ones being closest to the turbines means those who knows the machine best, are most valuable for the user group and will gain most from the user group.

More valuable peers

Conneting wind turbine owners - world wide

O2O WIND has a global reach with members in 25 countries and 6 continents. This global reach also applies on our user groups and for the first one that we introduced at the beginning of 2019, we now have connected energy companies from Melbourne, Australia and Houston, Texas and a lot of countries inbetween.

Your turbines are serial produced products with serial produced weaknesses. If your next operational improvement comes from a valuable peer in Australia, France or Canada doesn't really matter, its the improvements that count.

Good structure and searchability in your peer-to-peer collaboration

forum better

Meetings are great and we arrange these throughout the year, mainly as webinars. Although we rank the activities that goes on between the meetings much higher. Therefore we are connecting the users to our digital collaboration platform, developed since 2014. Within this platform, we have created a subforum for the Siemens 3.6 User Group.

Its just like an intranet but used by several companies. This gives our collaboration good structure and searchability for common documents, wikis, discussions etc. You will of course also find documentation from previous meetings.

Fast response from your peers

Apps

To make our collaboration faster we have developed our own messaging app, found in Appstore and Google play. With this app you are able to reach out to your Siemens 3.6 peers in an instant - world wide. On the app we have a specific channel made only for energy companies owning Siemens 3.6 machines. In this way you will not be disturbed and you will know that for every notification there will be a Siemens 3.6 MW peer having a new issue our solution for Siemens 3.6 machines.

Pricing, terms and conditions

O2O WIND facilitates for wind asset owners to share data, experiences, and insights within wind farm operations - full stop. That's our only product. All our cashflows come solely from wind turbine owners. We have no sponsors and we have no consultants, software, spare parts or whatever that we will try to sell to you further down the road. We only sell collaboration. For all other product and services, we suggest that you ask your peers at O2O WIND for good references.

We supply our owner-2-owner collaboration with a legal framework, developed by our funding partners and efficient formats and collaboration tools. Furthermore, we do our best to also support this collaboration mainly by moderating and being very active behind the scenes.

Speak directly to the persons behind O2O WIND International

Speak directly with the people who founded O2O WIND and have been following every owner-2-owner conversation ever since. In this meeting you will also have a live viewing of all on-going owner-2-owner collaborations at O2O WIND.

With consent from our members we are aloud to view the actual collaboration, live, under the following three conditions:

  1. O2O WIND staff will guide during the live viewing but the guest will not be allowed access to the platform on their own.
  2. The guest will not tell third party what was viewed on the platform. The most simple version of an NDA is applied.
  3. It will only be shown to wind turbine owners who also fulfill our members condition. In short, this means only wind turbine owners who does not view other wind turbine owners as potential customers - within wind farm operations.

Initially in our meeting we will ensure that these conditions are met and their after we logon to the actual platform to view directly what our members view.
