Swedish owner Stena renewable's thoughts about joining.

Anders Rylin

Head of Operations

Our O&M Strategy

Our strategy as a new turbine operator, in a market where we see huge technical risks, has been to sign up for long term service agreements with Energy Based Availability where OEMs take on risk. This has given us a low foreseeable costs and right focus on the production. Our top priority is of course HSE, but we focus on managing our agreements, analyzing operational and performance data to push KPIs in right direction. This helps us bringing down LCoE and lost production.

Our objective for o2owind International

Stena Renewable believes collaboration is an important key to increased production and reduction of lost production and LCoE in our wind power assets. O2O Wind can be a powerful tool where valuable information and knowledge could be exchanged very rapidly, strengthening all participating turbine owners in the community. Looking forward to a fruitful collaboration with you all and even more owners to join in the future for an even bigger and stronger network!
